The heart understands The language of love The way it perceives I attempt to recreate In my flowing poems Thinking some other heart Would appreciate one of them.
Exotic hues of love Vigorous fervour Dyes every entity The joyous hearts glow.
If you forget me You will lose A bit of yourself The broken promises And the uttered false words But, never fading memories Will breathe inside our heads.
Eternity of comfort is your memory, Chronicle of my heart, an incomplete story, Recollection of separation bears pain, Rewinding union of past in vain.

Ace’s Questions
What makes you smile?
Coming to know that someone felt good reading my write-ups always makes me smile.
Do emotions guide life, or does life guide emotions?
I believe that emotions guide the life as one would never be able to move forward without the positive and uplifting emotions.
Is the present moment or imagination the best place to be?
Imagination is always the best place as it the space where I communicate with my poem. Also, it gives me that energy which one requires to build a better tomorrow.
What do you believe in?
I believe in inner potential. Everyone is capable of achieving whatever reasonable they want.
My Nominees
Being a beginner on this platform as well as in creative writing, I find it quite difficult to select just seven people. But, as a part of rule, I nominate:
Alone lover, crouched to recall memories, Breaking chaotic silences, a figure approached, Astonished and joyously he recognized her, “Wouldn’t you embrace me?”echoes around, He moved ahead spreading his arms, And realises it was a flashback from past He felt deceived, couldn’t they be together? “We were destined to meet”, she said one day.
Triveni, poem of three lines, the first two lines are similar to each other and the last line either changes the meaning of previous lines or explains them.
Thank you for connecting with my blog and encouraging me to write more.
